Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, odours, or damage
Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns for a refund. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@6sevenn.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
- Ship the item back to us — return shipping is at the customer's cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll dispatch your replacement within 3–5 business days.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
